Tried running both in safe mode but explorer.exe cycles about every 10 seconds, thus resetting the desktop back to the dialog box that lets you know about Windows running in Safe Mode. Constant pop-ups, bogus virus warnings, and redirected websites are now rampant. What started out as a warning from Symantec AntiVirus about Trojan.Vundo, has blossomed into a multitude of problems. I have a problem(s) with a laptop running WinXP SP2.
